Office Clerk
ActionsParkway Consumers Co-operative Limited is hiring a Part-Time Office Clerk at our Roblin Administrative Office.
What you’ll do: The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for various office duties within our administration department while mainly focusing on the following:
• Keying and processing daily sales and reconciliations.
• A/R accounts.
• Assist in the completion of membership applications, changes to accounts and/or withdrawals.
• Answering phones and forwarding calls.
• Assisting customers with inquiries.
• Processing payments.
• Patronage/Equity.
This position is 18-24 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.

• You have excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• You have knowledge of clerical practices.
• You possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
• Administrative background would be considered an asset.
• Post secondary education would be considered an asset.
